2/3 TSP is 66 percent. So basically, You need to measure it approximately. What I generally do is, that I fill the spoon more than 1/2 but less than 3/4.

Maybe some white chocolate chips? , I tried one recipe once of red velvet cookie, not this one, but felt the same as if it was missing something, did not feel like that big of a deal to me, it’s all about the color I guess but not so much about the flavor

u should definitely try chocolate chips. not too much tho. i dont have any specific measurements but white chocolate is definitely the way to go. if u still think something is missing, whip up some double cream and cream cheese till fluffy. sandwhich two cookies like a whoopie pie
