The sponge cake was not soft and felt chemical because the eggs were not whisked. when we make sponge cakes the eggs are beaten for 10-12 minutes with the electric beater or until the eggs increase three times in quantity. Overall, an entertaining episode as always. And was thinking that this is the first dish in 2 years that look exactly like the reference, as Adeel bhai said. Will surely try it too.
