Hello! I use chocolate chips just from my local store. As long as they aren’t the flat chocolate buttons, they should hold their shape when baked 😊

You can make them and omit the cornflour/cornstarch. It helps keep the cookies tender and chewy, so your cookies will just be a little less so after a day or so
