+dracohalo117 yeah but i think they also hurt themselves by hyping up the chief vs locke. they had one fight, and the movements seemed pretty slow (i know they weren't trying to kill each other, but you would think they would move faster to disable one another since chief wanted to get to cortana, and locke was supposed to stop him) also the rest of the team stood by and let the chief walk away, he completely called their bluff of shooting at him. (also locke was the only one with the armor locking device? what if he died in some pit, then the rest of the team would be at a loss if they confronted chief and he didn't surrender)
