you decide to be a good person and eat healthy. You decide to give up red meat. But when you switch to chicken, you realise that it’s pumped full of antibiotics, so you can’t eat it. You then decide to eat fish, but all the fish now comes from a country whose food safety standards are, well, fishy. So you can’t eat that. You give up on meat altogether. And you opt for fruits. Until you realise that they’re artificially ripened using calcium carbide. So you can’t eat those. So you decide that the safest choice is vegetables. Until you see the sewers in which they are grown. So you can’t eat those. The only thing to do, then, is drink milk. But you find out that that’s been adulterated with hydrogen peroxide and formalin (and you’re not yet a dead body). So you can’t drink that. Man (and woman) can live by water alone, so that becomes your choice. But you cannot drink tap water. So you settle on bottled water. Until you realise that it’s simply tap water. And you can’t drink that. Good luck staying alive (or just well-nourished) in this day and age.

@@wanjikumburu602 In order to know what are the best foods, we must study God’s original plan for man’s diet. He who created man and who understands his needs appointed Adam his food. “Behold,” He said, “I have given you every herb yielding seed,.... and every tree, in which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for food.” Upon leaving Eden to gain his livelihood by tilling the earth under the curse of sin, man received permission to eat also “the herb of the field.” CD 81.1 Grains, fruits, nuts, and vegetables constitute the diet chosen for us by our Creator. I can assure you that of late my younger sibling and i have been going through hell with respiratory allergies, to be specific asthma. My mother has had sleepless nights at hospitals because my small brother had been going from bad to worse and constantly getting admitted. I can't describe the pain my whole family has been through. Especially owing to the fact that we are the only ones in our family suffering from asthmatic allergies.Something more surprising It was literally just a few hours ago today, I informed my mother about quiting beef. She laughed it off. Saying maybe I'm having skin allergies from something else. Funny part I had had spinach, ugali and beef for lunch sometime later my skin feels itchy and it's been happening for a while now. This is a major eye opener owing to the fact that the meat we consume comes from a major super market!!

I totally disagree, in abroad like America/Canada its even worse. At least in Kenya one has a choice, you can grow your own food or buy from small grower the one you know well or rent a farm and actually grow and rear your animals for meat, options that do not exists easily in West.
