I have a series that I started but I haven't edited any videos yet. It's called "what I hate to work on". Basically it's just situations that I come around on different vehicles that I don't like to have to do because of some trouble some reason.... I've been doing a lot of vehicle repairs in my local shop so I've came across a bunch of things that just aggravate me and could be a lot simpler. That was kind of the basis of it. So that should allow me to post a few things and I'll get a couple of them posted once I have a couple done. I've only done one and another one that I'm about to do soon and then I'll have to. After I get three or four I will probably post them all together so there's not just one

Nice videos on this truck. I’m interested to know more about the 2s blue motor upgrade though. My six year old has the slyder and it’s an amazing machine. Just survived 40 mins in the skatepark with only a bent shock. Your 3s would be too much for him but a slightly punchier, tougher version sounds good. Did you get any more speed with the blue setup?

Not really on 2S... also not really on the red set up too for the same amount. They were faster but 2S for 2S, not really noticeable running them seperate. The speed WOULD be better on both on 2S if you could upgear it some. 13/14 seems to be the only option for these. They have more pep on brushless but not really a huge upgrade unless your going 3S. With that being said, they should have a dial on the remote to turn the speed down, so 3S with reduced speed is a larger improvement!

Wow you have come along way from the TR mt8e be6s.. So I am rebuilding the Diffs on my Be6s every one was leaking from Factory build. Cleaning all the housings and parts. I noticed the shims were beat up any suggestions on re shimming them? The most durable shims out there? I will be using 60k rear 80k center 50k front. Im using much smaller tires. I I have new gasket, O rings and I will lock tight the screws. Thanks for any Info.

How did you bind it

it auto binds with certain receivers.... usually anything from the Redcat v16, Blackzon or rage will bind with the esc/reciever

Yea I was scared to plug it in but I did and it did it’s thing but I got a 2430 it does okay but definitely need bigger

as far as HOW... turn truck on and then it will search for remote and should bind, if compatible, when remote turns on

Surpass stuff is cheap for if you get it from like an AliExpress or someplace like that. You might pay a little more if you get it off of Amazon but you'll get it a little quicker. They're still pretty fairly priced compared to other options on the market and this combo was actually pretty good and it gets me almost 30 miles per hour on 3 yes. I wanted to make sure I got one that could handle 3s

@@brandonsibley8528 so the combo I wound up going with, it was a two-in-one brushless ESC with a surpass motor, I did not have to change out anything it actually bound right to the stock remote
