This is my favorite video you've put out in quite a while, and I like them all. Great info!

Yeah, that is exactly what i use at home now. With some DIY rope suspension handles like you have showed how to build. Thanks man! :D

Most useful video on the topic. Very comprehensive. Waited 2 years since since original duodynamic review. Seemed great but for the prince, noosk or rings were more fun outside. That said, I'm lazy and with these there's no excuses. Always hanging. Than outside sessions are lot more fun because you're not exhausted after a few pullups

I had a doorway pull up bar and moved to rings on a fixed structure. It was really worth it

If you dont care about rings, the crossgrips are superb. Super secure and you can use them as mini paralettes in a pinch as well

I own 2 of the "not that" doorway pull-up bars. I guess it's good that I haven't recommended them to anyone. It seems they only work with the door frames in Asia! The one you recommend, and the doorway pull-up bars I used in the US won't work over here. I guess that's something we have to consider when ordering fitness equipment - is it designed to work in other parts of the world?

Hi Matt what do think about doing a fullbody calisthenic routine but with focus on one movement pattern for each time? For example one workout focus on push movements but do a couple of pull and squats sets in the end of the workout. So its like a mix of fullbody and push pull legs.

When I do toes to bar I just leave my feet in front like I'm doing a lazy hanging L-sit. That's also how I do my pull ups hollow-body style.

The irony is that the best home pull up bar is a weight rack !
