I gotta say thanks to this man, Sal. I didn't pay much attention in math throughout high school and it was easily my worst subject. I avoided math in college and put it off until I had to take Calc I and II to receive my degree. Knowing my math skills were non-existent at that point, I desperately sought out help anywhere I could. I can't remember how I found Khan Academy, but I started alllll the way back even before Algebra and within a couple weeks was prepared enough to enter Calc I. Even during that class, I still referred to the math module on Khan Academy! Seriously Sal, big thanks to you! One of the best teachers ever...

I love this! Never knew the history behind my favorite high school/college study tool was from one guy attempting to tutor his family. Or that he risked so much in the process! Khan Academy has become something vital for many and I hope it doesn't stop. The material, delivery, concept, and purpose are all exactly intune with real progression. Thank you Sal! Thank you too Ann!

Khan's videos have helped me so much through school I'm not sure what I'd do without them, especially in university. Out of the 20 teachers I've had in university so far I've only had a positive experience with 3 of them. Most of my teachers don't maximize their time and don't teach the material effectively, often going on tangents and distracting from the stuff that matters. One 10 minute calculus video from Khan can be more helpful than a 60 minute lecture from my professor! It's actually quite frustrating knowing that the money I pay for lectures is arguably less valuable than these free KZbin videos...

Sal! I love Khan Academy! Currently I'm planning on taking a differential equations course in the summer and am currently enrolled in my first college physics course. The new physics materials up on the site are basically, in order, my whole physics course, so secretly after my class is over I'll watch the videos on what I just learned and it helps me understand it better in a way that my teacher and the textbook just can't. I'm also taking a statistics course, and your statistics videos are saving me! I think that even though in a year I'll be done with my BS, I'm going to continue to be a student for life because of your videos; they've really shown me the importance of learning. I spread the word about your amazing site whenever I can. Thank you so much, don't ever change.

And now I'm back, watching your algebra videos... I struggled through and dropped out of UNO in the 1980s and have come back to college online through FHSU and have made the Dean's Honor Roll each semester thus far - partially due to your videos (and others) out there. Well done, sir!
