One of my biggest fears is going mentally insane for whatever reason. I remember last year when I had worked 3 weeks inside an Aged Care facility to get my certificate, I had also worked within the Dementia sector… and the youngest person there was a man who was in this 40’s. I wondered how he had gotten Dementia so early in his life, and I found out it was because he had tried to commit suicide by carbon monoxide poisoning from his car. He had done it because, he was being bullied by his co-workers at his job. He used to be a very intelligent man, he would create maps of local cities… but after his suicide attempt, his mind regressed to being a child incapable of looking after himself. What’s even more sad though is that it was his mother that had found him in the garage and had to drag him out to save him in time. She’s also living within the same Dementia sector, since she had gotten the same disease later on in life as well but just from old age. The mother and son, 100% do not recognize each other whenever they cross paths together through the hallway... they are not friends, nor do they know each others names. They have both been living there for 10 years. He was her only son as well, she was a single mom.

I worked for three years with Dementia sufferers and believe me, getting Dementia isn't too bad as you don't realise what's going on. It's much harder on the families who have to watch their loved ones turn into strangers. I had a type of Depression called Pseudo-Dementia so I'm one of the few people to have first-hand experience of Dementia symptoms; it's unnerving at first to lose things like keys and remotes, then frightening as you lose your way in your own home, then the memory fails constantly, so as soon as you realise something is wrong, you've forgotten about it. It's more a state of constant, slight confusion. I lost motor function at one point which would be devastating to a 'normal' person , but I wasn't sure if I could walk before, or couldn't remember walking, so that actually was no big deal at the time. I was fortunate it was a temporary mental state and not permanent physical one.

Google translate grammatically fixes some broken sentences since they use some mechanism similar to prefabs, hence why those random memes of people spamming things into Google translate exist, anyways, basically, it could very likely be Google translate turning it into coherent and understandable text, although, it may not be coherent when it comes to its context.

The post about her ex trying to ruin her life etc leads me to believe that she had some kind of schizophrenia all along or that the bogus treatments for Lyme she was taking triggered a psychotic break and her family saw it clear as day (don’t forget they saw her every day in person instead of just on reddit and knew her far more intimately) and managed to give her ex full custody of the daughter they likely had joint custody of beforehand. Like either she had full custody and the dad saw her at regular intervals or she had custody m-f and dad got her on weekends, but after things deteriorated so much, dad hoy full custody and she was left with mere visitation rights, which could have made her psychosis worse. Don’t forget that we still don’t have the full story. I personally am convinced that she never had Lyme disease. The question is was she a victim of a scam artist who got her on some fucked up “natural herbal healing supplements” or whatever the fuck (the same kind of people who convince desperate rubes to treat their cancer with healing crystals and incense) after falsely diagnosing her with Lyme, or was the Lyme all part of her psychosis and she sought out the fucked up drugs?
@aliceopex5 жыл бұрын
she might of killed her but in her mind it looks like shes been "stolen"

This is a really plausible theory. I'm not sure if schizophrenia is similar in this regard, but I know with things like dementia, people will lose memories of more recent events or more recently learned skills. I could definitely see English being her second language and she is losing her memories and grasp on the English language, but since she has known Armenian since birth, she can still navigate the language perfectly.

I don’t think it was a troll account. The account had a lengthy post history with a lot of details into this person’s life as well as some truly bizarre ramblings that would be very hard to “fake”. Based on reading over the profile I think there’s a few things about this individual (elaborated on below): 1. I don’t think she has Lyme disease. 2. I don’t think the supposed doctor treating her has any kind of medical license. 3. I think the treatments this person is “prescribing” her are likely exacerbating her psychosis. 4. I think she’s a mentally ill woman being taken advantage of. The first issue with her not having Lyme is quite simple. She has never tested positive for any antibodies, nor had she recalled any situations where she was bitten by a tick. Lastly her symptoms just don’t seem to be consistent with Lyme. Head fog, lethargy, and depression are some of the more common symptoms I’m aware of. This individual seems to be experiencing acute, episodic schizophrenic symptoms. Secondly her “doctor” is vehemently against prescribing antibiotics and only provides natural herbal remedies. It seems kind of strange for a doctor claiming to specialize in treating an infection won’t even prescribe antibiotics for someone suffering from severe symptoms. Even doctors wary of overprescribing will give someone who is clearly suffering antibiotics. I think the answer here is quite simple. This individual is against antibiotics because they are not a licensed doctor and cant write scripts for antibiotics. Operating under the facade you are refusing to prescribe antibiotics due to ethical reasons is a great way to trick your patient into thinking you could prescribe antibiotics if you wanted to. As far as her treatment goes, she claimed she would take the medication and almost immediately begin having severe herxes that would last days and sometimes weeks. These herxes consisted of vivid hallucinations and psychosis. This is not normal. If you reread it without her insistence that she’s herxing, I think a good argument could be made that she’s being drugged by her doctor and her doctor has told her she will herx if the medicine is working, knowing full well what the side effects of whatever drugs are in that concoction. And that brings me to my final point. This is a mentally ill woman that is being manipulated by a scam artist and has probably spent thousands already on a treatment that simply causes her to hallucinate and fall into psychotic episodes. Despite never testing positive for Lyme she contacts a supposed doctor who convinces her she has Lyme. The doctor says antibiotics won’t work and the only thing that will work is this special treatment protocol that involves taking god knows what (that the doctor doesn’t need a script to prescribe). She takes the medicine, becomes violently ill and the “doctor” convinces her that this violent reaction actually means the medicine is working and therefore she needs to keep taking it. My one solace is knowing at least this fake doctor had a shred of ethics and refused to treat istherelifeafterlyme’s young child, who the user was convinced also had Lyme disease.

After doing some research, i believe this woman and her daughter both have disorganized schizophrenia. It is a type of schizophrenia that causes irreversable damage to the brain, resulting in unorganized/ nonsensical behavior, hallucinations, odd speech patterns, and innapropriate mood responses. It is usually diagnosed in 15-25 year olds, but there are exceptions. I also read that it's genetic, so that would explain why her daughter has it as well. Based off what i know, if you start treatment early, you can remain relatively normal. But this woman seems to have been without treatment for a long time and, if this is real, sadly, the damage cannot be undone. I worry for her daughter, too.

Instead of straight lines their brain activity looks like a pinball machine. They stand out in the first conversation you have with them, they’re fully unable to act not sick. Nobody can figure out what she means, and I lived with her years after my brothers and father moved out. But the only thing that makes me skeptical about this is the Armenian text. No, I am not saying that people are the same, there never is. But my mother has the ability to copy and paste and such, which is quite surprising. My mother lives in the past, and she never acknowledges the fact that she had driven me and my siblings to the point of attempting us to kill ourselves. So this is possible of a case of schizophrenia, but I’m no psychiatrist. Schizophrenics typically hear only what they want to hear, sometimes. Of course there are different kinds of schizophrenia, but I have an idea that this might be one of those cases if she is seeing vivid hallucinations.

My Theories: "Hng" or "hnging" might actually say "hanging." I think these are posts about her thoughts of suicide. My thoughts about the "doctor" are that she was purposely giving her some sort of false medication. The medication was slowly making her go crazy. And I also think the doctor was doing this on purpose, because why else would she get defensive about it? The stuff about her daughter saying she "wanted to kill herself," is either 1. She was feeling really depressed that all of this was happening 2. She didn't really understand what it mean, assuming that her mother was constantly saying she wanted to kill herself, so her daughter picked up on that. 3. Her daughter got her hands on the medication, hence the part where her daughter also started showing symptoms. edit: holy fHecK this is literally the most likes ive had

I have a similar story to this person, and seeing this makes me scared for my own future. I'm currently 17, and it started around 2 years ago. I started having weird moments when I started getting anxious in public where I felt like I wasn't in control of my own body, as if someone or something took control over my body, and never really thought much of it until it got to a point where it was unbearable and planned to end my life. One parent search through my phone later and seeing a premade suicide note a emergency unit came to my house and questioned my reasoning and I never knew how to explain the way I felt to another person so we just ended up going to see a doctor to try and figure out what was wrong. When we got to the doctor's, they had told us it was just brain fog and it was because of my diet and I needed to eat healthier. A couple months later of healthy eating, nothing was getting better and I started to think it was lyme disease after trying to find what's wrong with me online, so the next doctors visit they told me it wasn't lyme disease I was just left constantly trying to figure this all out on my own since I didn't know how to put it into words. A month later when out in public, I started hearing voices telling me not to trust the people that I'm talking to and it would mostly occur with my therapist and psychiatrist. After I finally had enough courage to talk about it, I got put on anti psychotics and they helped with the voices and got diagnosed with a dissociation disorder, but there aren't any meds to help with that so my discontent with life only continued to grow. But, after a few times being hospitalized I started to make progress on my issues until I had the offer to smoke weed and everything went straight downhill. I only took maybe two hit and didn't feel anything until I took a shower 5 minutes after smoking. I remember it all and I can only describe it as a nightmare. I thought I had died because I looked down and saw my own body laying on the shower floor, I layed down and started to cry until I had vivid hallucinations of me slicing my wrist open with my razor and at that point everything was just me crying and at a blank. When the high finally ended I walked out psychically fine and everyone else was talking in the living room completely fine and asked me what happened and my voice was beyond studdered and slurred and couldn't form a proper sentence but they told me to just go lay down and go to sleep, so I did, and still today I struggle with my speech. The next day I had started making wild theories that my psychiatrist was giving me drugs to stop me from realizing the truth about reality that the government is hiding and that everyone was crazy and doesn't realize that we are living in a simulation made by aliens to monitor human life and the voices are aliens trying to guide me through life, so I started to stop taking my meds to talk to the aliens and got even worse until my mom started to force me to take them and sat down with me and had a loooong talk about my belief. I'm not sure where my mind is now to this day, but I feel like I'm constantly trying to stick to reality and not believe any of these things, as my mom tells me I should, but for some reason these things make so much sense to me. Just realized I wrote an autobiography when I just wanted to express how I'm scared to end up like this lady.

I've got lymes diease myself. after i had it undiagnosed for 15+ years I hit the beginning stages of this. 24/7 heavy fatigue, mental learning disabilities,zoneing out, at one point it got so bad my speech was becoming unintelligible in parts of my sentences. inflmation throughout your whole body. things that mentally mimic dementia or alziemers. over emotional, deep dark depression that feels like it'll swallow you whole. the scary part is even if you get better, you can only put it to sleep, there's no cure and it can come back every 5 years. it can also cause things like ms and parkinsons like symptoms.

@@SkullModder What treatments/supplements would you say helped you best?
@SkullModder7 ай бұрын
@@Josue-xd5ru typical doctors will prescribe antibiotics for 1 month but I had it chronically meaning it existed in my system for a minimum of 15 years and or I got infected twice so I was prescribed doxycycline for twice a day for a year, it was fucking brutal tho as it causes nausea and indigestion as it wrecks your stomach, was eating poorly which it made the effects extreme. 1000mg of cbd helped majorly as supposedly it's antibacterial then it helped with inflammation which also helps with mental issues that are caused by inflammation. Sativa strains as they pass the blood brain barrier, some patients in legal states found that treating with sativa dabs for a month helped them. after all that I still had a bit of inflammation which the stem cells pretty much solved. You also want to take a bit of all vitamins and minerals as lymes will do everything it can to deplete you of them all. Also gotta avoid certain foods such as beer and sugar as they can aggravate or even progress the lymes and or the inflammation. Brown sodas like coke or dp also deplete you of calcium and such which the lymes accelerates.

The Armenian text in the post "Little Girl, Cease To Exist" (8:04) appears to be the same as the one in "Yah TA Hey Antifa Redux 1 6 2019", but googling it yields no immediately obvious source online. However, I found most of the other foreign language text the user posted easily by googling the whole phrases. The Armenian text in "Helter-SKelter" is copy-pasted from an article about a woman who was killed in a car accident in December last year in Armenia, including a farewell letter from her husband. She also uses a phrase from this article in the post "Antifa is Currently OverThrowing Artsakh". Since the Armenian text at 8:04 is about the loss of a parent, it's not implausible that this could be related to the article about the fatal accident, for example from a private post on social media that isn't indexed and immediately retrievable on Google. The woman did have five daughters according to what the bereaved husband writes in the farewell letter. This reddit poster might conceivably be Armenian herself, and somehow manage to write her native language more coherently than English despite being supposedly mentally ill. I do find it more likely, though, that she copy-pasted that text since there are more copy-pasted text from other languages in some other posts. The Navajo text, for example, also appears to have been copy-pasted from a small excerpt of a textbook and is readily found online. In another post she copy-pasted Article 1 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights in the Võro dialect of South Estonian, as it appears in the Wikipedia article about the Võro language/dialect. Everything related to the foreign languages seem just as random as the word salads she tosses around in her posts. So I'd wager that the translated text at 8:04 also was just copypasta.

My sister became insane for about 2 years of my life and most things she did were just like hers. she'd babble nonsense, write in a different language that didn't even exist and things that wouldn't make sense to a sane person, made sense to her. Names and words would stick with her and she'd have to write them down or she'd become annoyed and skittish. she couldn't function like a normal human being without ticking, screaming or biting someone, it was like she was feral. My mother and father had to pin her down whenever she got out of hand. she never had urges to harm people, she only had urges to write, draw, paint something that her little brain had come up with since she didn't know any better and was throughly convinced it was real. she gave herself a new name, she didn't recognise anyone and absolutely despised being held, touched, hugged. Insanity isn't common and can only come for short periods of time. The cause of her insanity isn't exactly known but I have a feeling it was because of a murder where I used to live. I'm honestly so glad she came back to us when the murderer was convicted, it took some time but she was absolutely fine by the time therapy had finished although she is still very skittish and suffers from anxiety and schizophrenia. I can safely say from personal experience that she's insane and she needs some help, insanity is a very dark hole and is often really hard to overcome.

As someone who has worked in psychiatry, you will be surprised at how some patients can still survive (barely) whilst psychotic. And the world just ignores the obvious until they harm themselves or others.
@Nouta15 жыл бұрын
I went through this But I came out of it Kinda okay. I still have psychotic episodes but I'm able to stop them whenI realize I'm being irrational. I got it when a Doctor put Me on both desoxyn and Adderall at the same time. As well as giving me Xanax and Ambien. I didn't need to abuse them; he gave me enough to do so. He even gave me a pill crusher. I need to find my SD cards from that time, because I feel less embarrassed now that it's about 5 years ago now. The videos show me trying to "prove" there are things like Little talking bat humans in my room. When I'm told I'm delusional;it hits hard and there's videos of me shooing away huge spiders in my room I assumed to be hallucinations. They were not. I had a wolf spider infestation in my room. After this it got extremely bad. The last videos I have before I stopped the drugs are of me picking at my obviously infected eyes for literally hours. I also show things that I believed to be morgellions(sp?) Disease. Which I interpreted as real, because I had weird worm-like hairs coming out of my skin and I'd even collect them for testing etc. Really messed up shit. The most it's left me with now is the OCD picking at myself. And the psychotic episodes. I'm still healing. I can say this; during that stage you can still subconsciously do things you've done a million times before; using the internet, grocery shopping, and for me, drawing. I'd "fall asleep" and have a dream, waking to find I drew every scene of the nightmare or dream in full detail, each scene on top of eachother until the page was nearly all ink. I need to find those, too.
