Well done bro. I am entering the Smokies in the morning and enjoying a day at the lodge per your recommendation. Your video now gives me my game plan for tomorrow.

Good job man. Keep up the great videos. Love your honesty. Your videos have inspired my teenage son to get back into hiking. Hopefully we will do some father and son trips this Spring!

Those are some beautiful vistas, but I'm spoiled living close to Roan Mountain. Nothing beats the views on the balds. I'm hoping you have great weather when you hit that area so you can really enjoy the views and show everyone who haven't seen it.

I have to make the comment that this video was only eight minutes and 14 seconds long so I'm worried. Did something happen with your equipment? Was it running low on juice or was it starting to act up? Good video though just .... short, not used to that.

If youre packing a tent why use a hut? Are hiking poles really that helpful?
@bearbag7 жыл бұрын
In GSMNP your required to stay in shelters unless they are full. Yes, hiking poles are useful.

sassafras....tree....tea....if not the first then one of the first soft drinks....saspirilla. closest thing to it now would be root beer or Dr. pepper.

Have you made any gear changes along the trail yet? Just curious how the pack weight and gear has been working so far.

Davenport Gap Shelter has the same poop field for a privy, the ground is also rather rocky in the field of tp and poo.
