make meme the antagonist. An ex villain who got punished by God for his behavior and was made into a bunny. But since he wants his old form back, he searches upon someone who can help him. ( Considering that he was made into a bunny in the time the heroines were gotten into) and that he wanted Margo. Due to her being rather shy, but also really smart in what she's doing. But then when he thought his opportunity came, pops Jane. For the project. And they get dragged in together. While Emmet is the guy that transformed Meme into the rabbit. So, when they find out it turns into a fight of how to stop him forever, and protect Margo from being kidnapped and making the world a disaster. Making Jane being super badass, and forcing her to work with Emmet and Margo into making this thing work and saving the world. ( hope all my nonsense made a little sense to you haha)

For some reason after you described Margo and Jane’s New personalities. My brain immediately went to opposites attract love story. 😂 They start out on afull footing at first not really getting each other, but then there put through that crazy situation with the time travel shenanigans were they have to rely on each other to get through it. As they slowly bond, and eventually fall in love. Idk why, my brain thought of this.😅 anyway Great redesigns, 👍🏻I love emmets glow up the most I’m a sucker for a pretty, old-fashioned, man. ❤

The Margo and Emmet story is pretty typical middle school romance stuff - "what if there was an attractive person who was totally obsessed with me and really wanted to be with me?". There's a good reason for this - around middle school is where a lot of people start to get their first crushes, and have to deal with the "oh I like this person but I'm not sure if they like me back" feelings, which is an entirely new (and somewhat scary) thing! So a lot of people will imagine what it might be like to be on the other side of that, as it were. And it's actually... not a bad thing to think about, in that situation! If someone was exactly my type, and told me they liked me, how would I feel? How would I react? What could they do to win me over? What does someone "exactly my type" even look like? Reading stories like that, or even trying to write your own, is a great way to figure out what you want from life going forward. Sure, the original Newbie comic was kind of a blob of romance and drama because Young Emma hadn't learned about things like pacing, character growth or story arcs. It's only "bad" because of the author's inexperience, not because the subject matter is "cringy" in itself. :)

when you said the bunny was an "agent of chaos" my mind instantly went to "interdimensional / magical chaotic being with a cute exterior" kind of character, like a cute bill cypher (maybe he'd be the antagonist ? or maybe he'd seem like the antagonist just for a worse character to show up ? i definitely think he'd be the source of the time travel book), as for the antagonist (if it's not the bunny) i think a sort of shapeshifting character taking the form of proeminent figures through time to change history would be interesting, the kind that doesn't have a "real appearance" but just constantly morphs into everyone and takes on their personality (could be very unsettling)

Yes!!! More Oc content! Chomp! If you were going to keep the rabbit as a agent of chaos that a college student is keeping as a pet I think changing the name to Mimi would be sort of fun. Or even if you don’t make it chaos based you could name it after something related to time (or maybe the rabbit from Alice in wonderland because “late for a very important date” and all that) just as like /foreshadowing/. Could be fun. Whatever you choose I’m super excited to see more content from you! Love your work

What if Meme is a magical being that Margo "happened" to adopt one day (in reality the bunny orchestrated a bunch of events to happen just so that she would stumble into the adoption center and see him). He is also the one who gets Jane and Margo set up as study partners, and leads them to a magical book that he's planted for them. His plan is to either bring forth chaos from the past into the future, or to spring humanity's development farther forward for his own nefarious deeds..

I always find it super fun when artists make videos redrawing their old OCs and artwork, hearing them talk about their mindset at the time, old ideas, scrapped ideas, etc. etc. I really would love to do this but a lot of my old artwork used to be at my grandpa's house. My mom threw away/gave away almost everything when he and we moved during mid - late 2020 and I only have my art both digitally and physically from 2019 and my school artwork from kindergarten and 1st grade. R.I.P. my old art

I was thinking that Emmet being from the regency era makes his old “random XD” humor almost fit a bit better like he’s heard middle schoolers and adults trying to fit in with the kids saying things and he’s repeating it in an attempt to fit but he has zero context and so it always falls flat? I live how you reviewed old drawings and remade them, I’ve done it to an oc i made called spider-witch, she literally looked like genji from overwatch (didn’t know of ow or genji at the time) and I remade her to be more simplistic, A Halloween purple spider man suit with a sailor moon esque wig and a witch hat and a floor length patchwork dress and princess peach type top, with matching gloves and go-go boots.

Meme can be linked to the time travel! Being so mischievous and meta, it makes sense that he would have some sort of connection to it. I think another name that could work is Jax, rabbits are seen as a source of luck, but Jax could he an agent of bad luck or something! Leading to unfortunate scenarios for Margot, which caused her to be timid in the first place. Just some ideas, I absolutely love them and your art style

What if the bunny could like either be the villain or side kick of the villain. As for the villain maybe like a mad scientist kinda character who messes with or wants to study the time flow and wants to make the time travel device theirs (if there is one, maybe they find one that belongs to the villain and don't realize that they're searching for it) maybe the scientist isn't even the real villain and more of an anti-hero to the cast. Maybe the bunny could have like a star symbol or a splash of color on him, this story idea makes me want to see more. The characters are amazing and you should definitely keep the bunny! He could’ve maybe known about the books magic sorta and needs to help the girls in getting back. He also could act as someone who relays information about the books powers and use, it’s motives for sucking them into the time period and what they’d have to achieve to get out. Sorta a guide to help but at the same time will be tricky to understand or sneaky with the messages obviously making it harder for the girls to understand. The rabbit could be used in many ways but him being a guide who’s not so happy with his job causing him to be more playful on how he helps would really be good. The story is already really good and I’m happy that you’ve not made Morgan the MC cause characters like her tend to always be the MC. The story of course needs more working on but overall could be a fun project for you to work on. I hope my comment help’s in someway but yeah. Awesome video!❤
