The design is gorgeous. I would find it really useful to have some dimensions included. Total footage can be made up in so many ways but what is the actual width/length of each area. Overall nice job.

For a modern contemporary design, I’d typically position the air conditioning unit high on the wall to blend with the room’s clean lines, and I’d choose a sleek ceiling fan if needed, positioning it centrally for balanced airflow. This home does not look like it's in the US. Very typical Asian home. If so, that Asian style cooking is going to gunk up the open kitchen shelving. Need to close it. Also less headache managing all those chilli, herbs and spices beyond the standard, salt , pepper , bbq sauce and a rosemary or something
