@@bluebay1031 You can do heaps with the red and black patters on Ladybug. There have been so many fun redesigns that people have made and I prefer them over what she has now. You can also add/change what Cat Noir wears with still keeping things black, and you can switch around some of the stripes with the Bee.

There are lots of different patterns on a ladybug's shell! Thomas also says that Marinette's pigtails are supposed to represent a ladybug's wings in flight, but that's kinda boring, give her a cape or something dammit!

YaaA I absolutely agree w ya on the official designs!! They were just really bland and they didnt stand out to me like at all! I expected em to be more colorful since all of the main ones were really bright and unique. Hell, even Plagg had purple in him, which made him look like a space cat!

To be honest I was kinda upset when they added the other kwami’s (the 5 to make 7) because I kinda felt like Ladybug and Chat Noir were like the special ones and now the others just came along. I got used to it but now since they’ve added new kwami’s I feel the same as I did before. Soon, the whole city will be superheroes

I don't mind them adding extra kwami's or even heroes, but the whole point of Hawkmoth wanting their miraculous over others is because they're supposedly more powerful than anything else. Which leaves me to wonder, why are they not more powerful than the other heroes? Sure, Ladybug might be since she's usually the one to save the day, but with how often Cat Noir gets mind controlled or shoved to the side in some way it really seems like he's no better than any other miraculous holder. I wish they'd give us something to show a clear advantage over the rest asides from experience. Or even just anything at all to make Cat Noir slightly less pathetic in comparison to Ladybug. They're supposed to be equals after all. I know Ladybug is the best but they could give him a little credit.

@@sundeers6633 I think they do give Chat Noir credit though. He saves Ladybug all the time and sacrifices himself. If Ladybug did that, there would be nobody to purify the akuma. (But it can be annoying, my poor boy sacrificing himself all the time) I personally like the fact that they showed us new kwamis, I just don't want them all to be used. Why? Because if everybody gets a kwami, even if it's just once, it wouldn't be any special receiving a kwami and becoming a superhero, right? However, I'm very interested in the kwamis. What do they represent, how were they "born", what are their powers etc? I'm very curious to be honest. But I guess we'll have to wait and see.😊

@@birdsocks9083 it was confirmed that at least this season only luka will get snake miraculous. Also that they can fuse them. Marinette will fuse ladybug/dragon and rat/fox miraculouses while Adrien will fuse cat's and snake's. Plus they will also use them so is not like they will give them to other people because they are still our main heroes.

I looooove it! I am a bit disappointed when it comes to the original designs as well. Not that it's a big issue, but now that you mentoin it, the designs could've been a bit more original. And I never noticed the changes they made to the tiger's design!? Why did they do that, I love the first design so much! I love horses and I was hoping for a nice horse design, but the horse's design was probably the most disappointing if you ask me. And I personally didn't like your design that much either, I'm sorry. I do love the others you redesigned, but the horse was too dark purple in my opinion. If you used more different shades of purple and maybe some white (white markings would've been cool, like a special dots pattern on it's head and back or legs for example), I think it would've looked better. But that's just me. I do like the fact that you made it purple though. It made it much more original. And the mane are adorable and awesome. I do love your design for the dog and the pig! The original pig wasn't that bad in my opinion though, I like the black spot around the eye. But I love your curly tail! The rooster is a bit confusing for me. I love the way you used the colours but I also feel like you could've added more color to it. I have mixed feelings about your design haha. Anyway, I love your art and designs and I really enjoyed this video, so thank you so much for sharing! You inspired me to try and redesign them myself.❤ Also, I'm sorry if I bother you with this, but I love the way you draw kwamis and I think it'd be great if you made some sort of small comics with them. You could use your own designs or the original, I think both would be great. With small I mean something like 5 panels as a max. Nothing big or special. Just small and cute comics. I know you're busy and I do appreciate your hard work, especially with nuzrea, I love the dub, but it was just a suggestion. Again thank you so much! This really made my day! I personally prefer your designs to the official ones. My reasoning: yeah, these designs are more uniform in appearance; not in that they're bland or uninteresting (*definitely not*) but to sell the idea that they're not only alien-like creatures, but merely resembling these animals and not directly lifted. And, they're not only or colorful, bright and cheery(which you'd think you want for a kids' show), is also fits the superhero aesthetic of bright and flashy.

Oh yes! I did think so too, those new Kwamis were super akward and bland... In some RPs I played in you can't create your own characters, you have to use canon Miraculous and once all of the main seven are taken there are only Roaar, Longg and Sass that look nice and appealing to play with. But they are usually taken too, and all you're left with are boring, unimaginative designs that give you little to work with... One time I took Dog Miraculous and decided to change the hero's color palette to match the ginger-and-white malamute's fur pattern, because it was closest to that ugly orange color of the Kwami. Because the original designs are ugly and yours are beautiful!

I always thought Tikki's butt fluff was a very stylized version of insect wings while in flight. If you've ever seen a picture of a ladybug or other beetle flying, their wing caps rise up and the wings underneath just become a blur. Especially if you draw it, can turn out in the same sort of shapes as Tikki's butt thing, although obviously hers is all red.

Wasn’t ever interested in this show even though it appears to be in my wheelhouse of magical girl meets superhero genre. I really like the concept of little magical/alien like beings giving someone superhero powers. My introduction was I happen upon the kwamibuster episode in a hotel room on vacation. I personally have been dying to do something with the Chinese zodiac since watching Fruits Basket. I started watching the show to see the powers in action since some KZbin clips can’t give you the full picture but alas, I got bored 12 episodes in and have been watching KZbin videos on the topic (spoiling myself). I will say, I love most of the redesigns on the kwamis. They are more consistent and cohesive with one another and the concept of the original 7. I’ve been working on my own versions and honestly want to reference your designs over the shows. I’ve, also, been playing around with different powers (mostly with the Chinese zodiac characters).
