Host is far Smarter and intellectual than Guest lol. Interest rate alone does not command the Real Estate Market. It's people's earnings which are reduced now due to job loss in the family, that reduce eligibility. So it's still High house prices and low income that is making the market sluggish. Probable chance, price of the house will go down for which end user is waiting for. The investor is out of the market so there is no pressure from the buyer's side. Real Estate Brocker like her always try to pump the market. No more rental market as Immigration is at low it's just immigrants from other Providence would buy for their end use.

She as a broker is conflicted, not sharing that every month more mortgages are coming up for renewals and majority will come in 2025. Mortgage Payments at renewals are going up by 60-80%, prices will fall.
