@@honeysinghsidhu6479 1. Other state Indians don't have dignity of labor. They don't realise that every job is important for the economy. 2. Mostly non Punjabi system are Hindu majority states . Brahmin dominated so Caste system. In the earlier days, blue collar jobs were done by lower castes and white collar jobs were done by upper castes. Generally speaking, upper castes look down on lower castes. The same mindset is applied to jobs too.

ਮਹਿਬੂਬ ਨੂੰ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਖ਼ਤ ਹੀ ਤਾਂ ਕ੍ਰਾਂਤੀ ਹੈ, ਖ਼ਤ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿਚ ਸੋਹਣਾ ਭਵਿੱਖ, ਘਰ, ਬੱਚੇ, ਰੰਗੀਨ ਕਲਮ ਨਾਲ ਕਿੰਨਾਂ ਕੁ ਕੁਝ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਹੈ, ਘਰ, ਜੋ ਸਮਾਜ ਦਾ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਹੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ, ਕੁੱਖ ਦਾ ਵਿਸਤਾਰ ਵੀ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ, ਜਿਸ 'ਚ ਪਿਆਰ ਦੇ ਭਰੂਣ ਜੰਮਣਗੇ, ਸਭ ਨੂੰ ਅਪਣੇ ਰੰਗ ਚ ਰੰਗਣਗੇ, ਸੁਪਨੇ ਵੀ ਹੋਣਗੇ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੰਮ ਤੋਂ ਘਰ ਆਉਣਾ, ਸੁਪਨੇ ਦੀ ਮੌਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ, ਇੱਕ ਨਿੱਕੇ ਸਮਾਜ ਦੀ ਸਿਰਜਣਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ, ਜਿਸਦਾ ਆਧਾਰ ਚੀਕਾਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਿਲਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਹੋਣਗੀਆਂ, ਭਵਿੱਖ ਵੀ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ, ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਘਰਾਂ ਚੋਂ ਨਿੱਕਲੇ ਨਿਆਣਿਆਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਖੇਡਾਂ ਵਾਂਗ, ਸੱਭ ਦੀ ਵਾਰੀ ਆਵੇਗੀ, ਚਾਹੇ ਆਥਣ ਪੈ ਜਾਵੇ, ਸੋਹਣਾ ਭਵਿੱਖ, ਪਿਆਰ ਚ ਉੱਘੇ ਬੂਟੇ ਦਾ ਹੀ ਫੁੱਲ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ, ਬੰਦੂਕ ਦੀ ਨਾਲੀ ਚੋਂ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਲੱਭਣ ਵਾਲੇ, ਆਤਮਘਾਤੀ ਨੇ, ਉਹ ਮੁਰਦਾਰ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਲੱਭਦੇ ਨੇ, ਬੱਸ ਚ ਬੈਠੀ ਉਸ ਸਵਾਰੀ ਵਾਂਗ, ਜਿਸ ਤੋਂ ਬੱਚੇ ਦਾ ਰੋਣਾ ਬਰਦਾਸ਼ਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੁੰਦਾ, ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਾਤਲਾਂ ਨੂੰ, ਆਪਣੀ ਹੋਂਦ ਸਾਹਵੇਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਦੀ ਹੋਂਦ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿਖਦੀ, ਆਪਣੀ ਹੋਂਦ ਬਚਾਉਣਾ ਕਿਸੇ ਦੀ ਹੋਂਦ ਮਿਟਾਉਣਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੁੰਦਾ, ਇਹ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਦੇ ਸਮਝ ਨਹੀਂ ਆਵੇਗਾ
