Calgary di market too overpriced hai. It will stagnate or low growth in future. Because Calgary is just a little place. People paid too much for the Calgary hype. GTA market is the best for the future. Calgary/Edmonton are the hype created by realtors.

Real estate prices won't go up till 2027-28 , rather there is a strong probability of 15-25 % price decline irrespective of interest rate. Mark my words , it will take ten years to attain the last peak in prices .
