@@Aaobaatkrey Mine was in Auto mechanics/ tool and die maker. I had to challenge it in BCIT, through BC apprenticeship board. In your situation you will need to make contact with your provincial education board/governing body. Ask them if you can right a challenge exam. Other way to set a foot in is to start as a support staff in school. You may need to get through an English proficiency examination. Keep trying, you’ll find a way if you’re motivated.

Inflation is global phenomenon, Govt some what responsible, Bank of Canada sets intrest rate and it is independent body and sets intrest rates based on economic and inflation factors. Reducing intrest rate to almost 0 was bad decision , at this moment intrest is l% more than normal intrest. Even though if BoC is reducing intrest rate it's not going to reduce more than 1-1.25%
