It has to do with the position that u put it in ur ear, idk how to explain but try putting it in various positions, hope this helps event tho it has been 2y

My right earbuds not working it detect 2 redmi bud 3 on phone Bluetooth settings one is 100% battery the other 1 is 0% .when i connected to 100% left bud is working right is not working. But when connected 0% battery both not working. Why? thanks

Ok what i am going to suggest might feel silly but it definitely work...try to suck the air inside by keeping bud in your mouth..sound will get clear..also reset the buds
