Al box is basically a ks0 pro but 8x more expensive at release and alot risker, I think now is too late to buy an al box.. but I said that about the ks0 a few times and was wrong each time.....still way to risky for me

I wonder if your AL Box is a different hardware version compared to mine, which I only received about a week ago. Mine runs a lot hotter than yours, in the 70-75C range. But my yield so far seems to be a lot higher. You started running yours 50 days ago (when network hashrate was lower) and only totalled 711 ALPH (daily avg about 14.2). Mine has been yielding about 18 ALPH a day, which would total 900 if network hashrate remained the same (won't happen of course).

The Al box is still 2-3 times more then it should be. The yields have already dropped significantly. For us in the US, we still get to add 25-28% more for tarrifs. Where I live, I have a 6% use tax to add as well. I like ALPH and believe it has a future. I like the low power part of the miner. But the hashrate is still way too low to be supporting charging high prices for miners that will continue to freefall in yields due to non stop adding higher power machines. Way too much of gamble unless you have money you can afford to lose. We need lower entry ASICS.

@RedPandaMining dude only 771 ALPH in 50+ days thats like 410 ALPH in 30 days, at the time you got yours they wanted $12k for the AL Box i was going to get 4, but was not happy the price was 2x than what GoldShell listed it for, so i waited 50 days and now got it for $6k DDP to my door, so i would have NOT earned back half the amount if i had gotten it for $12k, sometimes vendors truly $ucks.

Best of luck! If bitmain drops anything it’ll surely get bombed like the KA box. Even the DG1 and DG1+ is getting rekt from bitmain. I’ve been considering picking one up at the price it is now but the ks5pro still seems like a good option
