Hi you two! Manistee looks great, history, shoreline, wilderness! Didn’t know that about lighthouses! Love the picnic lunch story ♥️ so sweet. Great silhouette pic 😉. Nice shots Dennis! You two remind us of us 🤗. You make a great team! Happy camping, looking forward to the enchanted forest!

All of the towns on the Lake Michigan shoreline are beautiful. You'll love whichever ones you choose when you do your Great Lakes loop someday. Thanks so much for your kind words and your continued support. We sure do appreciate you both! ❤️

Dennis and Michelle, Manistee looks like a great place to visit for the history and the sunsets. You guys have been married just a little bit longer than Shelley and I. We're at 23 1/6 years. 😉We love watching your adventures. Thanks for sharing. Peace and safe travels.

Traveling is such a great way to learn about things like history and geography. I love books but visiting different destinations definitely brings those things to life in a way that merely reading about them doesn't do. You live in a country with some pretty amazing historical destinations!!! I vacationed in England and Scotland about 30 years ago and I would really love the opportunity to go back someday.

Agree with slowly waking up. I've been accused of not being a morning person, but I'm just not the type to hit the ground running. I want to enjoy the stillness. Something I rarely get to do.

Dennis can relate for sure. Having a demanding job requires you to be intentional about resting when you aren't working. Enjoying the stillness. So well said! ❤️
