You are welcome! Be patient and kind to yourself. After consistent practice 2 times a day, record your BP monthly for 3 months and work with your doctor to reduce your BP safely. I have more videos on lowering BP coming out, stay tuned. You got this 🙌

These moves are gentle and safe to practice during pregnancy. It's a good way to release tension and to connect with the growing baby in the belly (lower Dan Tian). Always listen to your body, breathe comfortably and check with your ob/gyn if you have any concerns. Enjoy this special time.
