Hi! Thank you for this video. I'm considering returning to Tai Chi after a long absence. I trained in Chen style, will I have trouble adapting to Yang? There are similarities but overall it seems quite different. I'm nearly 70 years old, by the way.

Okay I woke up this morning with a heavy sore throat that didnt want to go away. Now its night. I tried the water and salt gargling method. I did many acupressure massages cus i watched some videos about it. I took benactiv. I am drinking a lot of water. Now im doing this. Lets say i dont know if i felt good fow a while doing this acupressure massage. Because it is hard to understand. The heavy sore throat is till there . Do you think i will wake up with a sore throat tomorrow as well? Because I wanna get rid of this. (I wont say i used many medicines doctor have me it cus they took weeks to work. It didnt fully solve it because i have this sore throat again.)

Thank you for the kind words! When I first used it, maybe there was a slight odor? I always wipe down the inside of the sauna after each use with a botanical disinfectant then water, and then leave it open to dry completely before zipping it up.

They should work the same. I know some Baoding Balls are solid so they don’t make the jingling noise when you’re rolling them. Just be careful not to let them drop on yourself or damage the surface beneath you

Thank God! Its relief my sore throat within 15 min. I can feel the swollen reduce. Then i continue doing it whole day , much more good result. I can have consume my food now. Thank you for sharing ❤

I am 35 years old. I never had BPPV until the moring after I took the covid vaccine. I was affected on both ears and it lasted for several weeks even with the help of a physical therapist. Ever since that first episode now I get BPPV every few months, its been years now that I'm dealing with it.
