I had a stroke,had to learn to walk and talk again. After a year of physical therapy,my balance is still a bit off. The exercises on your channel are perfect for me. Thanks❤️! Continued blessings!

After doing this exercise for about half a year, my posture signficantly improved! I have tried all sorts of posture exercise such as chin tucks and shoulder blades exercises but this exercise helped me the most, it always helps me sit upright somehow!

Try to cut the carbs down. The more carbs the more glycogen stored and the more bloated you’re going to be.

I have watched countless videos about how to do "vacuums," but have never, until now, been able to understand the process or feel the effect. And * no one* has suggested doing it sitting down! Now, I feel it. In fact, I had to quit before the last set. Thank you so much!🙏❤

I am 72 and have am doing a hip fix programme - so i didn't want to exercise my hip flexors any more then i need by doing awful 'regular' stuff. I am thin but can't get swimming as the pool too far away and have ended up with a fat belly and must do something - this is really great - thanks i will persevere!

So now we have the stomach vacuum exercise sitting down and with a "twist". 😉 I knew it was coming after the last sit down video on stomach exercises. Enjoy...sitting down, standing up and even laying down. It works.

Thank you Dr. Mandell. I am a retired GP 72 years old , because of long working hours and wrong position of the computer I have developed skyphosis of cervical spines and scholiosis of thoracolumber spines , convexcity to right and the muscles over this convexcity over the spines , has become very hard and stiff , QT muscles on right side is painful and the pain starts within half an hour of sitting position , standing and walking does not give me pain. I have started drinking the belly fat reducing drink as you have advised and will start the exercise you have shown. Kindest regards . Ila Basu 🙏

So glad I found you I got up this morning feeling so bad about myself I have gained belly fat this year and I have had no luck getting rid of it . I’m in my 60 s and it’s been a real struggle I will be doing this every day and I had no idea about the cucumbers 🥒 going try that too thank you 🙏

This can be better understood in ashtanga yoga. This pranayam exercise is called kapalbhati. Even the timings and diet are to be followed. It should be combined with yogasanas as well.

I know it's not easy. I'm 51 and 238 lbs. Highest weight 249. I haven't been under 200 lb in almost 20 years. Getting sugar out of my diet is the hardest thing for me. God bless you on your healthy lifestyle

My snacking is more cheese, fruits, and veggies but I slip in those oatmeal cakes and nutter Butter bars! You stay encourage too! It's only one me and one you. I want to stay healthy and so can you! It is originally from came yoga known as pranyam "kapalbhati "from ancient times.. bt ur process is little mistake kapalbhati is easy and effective one ... it's have lots of benefits ...reducing bellyfat, increase metabolism, increase blood flow all over body also effects on hair blood circulation improve concentration...so on...people can check on internet ... can get best results while doing... Proud to be INDIAN ...😁🇮🇳
