Never seen this done this way. Have met many people in wheelchairs + other conditions that felt there was no way to exercise. All our muscles need exercises. Thankyou.

For last workout ...when you say to "push the bellybutton in", do you mean like to suck my stomach in as much as,possible , while pushing the bellybutton in the stomach a the same time? Cuz since you was wearing a black jacket, I could not see how you did it exactly .

Attention please don't do the head and neck exercise be careful You may cause yourself vertical problems which causes severe Dizziness

great core workout. I especially felt my core tightening when I reach my arms to the right and my waist to the left that one is tough. simple but effective.

just a superset of resistance exercises Doc. As a 70+-year-old who has undergone back surgery nearly 10 years ago have been doing a regimen of many stretches to keep my back from collapsing again. I did not know about the core strengthening just sitting on a chair. I tried it and that really does feel good and less stressful than the more traditional ones I have been taught when I was undergoing physiotherapy after my surgery. Thanks for sharing such priceless gems of health tips for anyone to stay healthy. Rama in NC

Im definitely feeling the burn! 🔥 lol Update: After doing all your ab videos for 3 months, as my muscles in my core get stronger & rock hard this work out feels so much harder! Are these all okay for something that has had C5 C6 discectomy? I’ve been told I can’t EVER do sit ups, but I’d assume these are all fine.

Hey doc i have been a long time supporter i am suffering from tonsil stones so bad i take antiobiotics my doctor prescribe me but nothing is working can you please tell me what to use my breath stinks my throat feel like if a knife inside i cant hardly swallow please tell me what to do with these tonsil stones

Excellent stuff Dr Mandel thanks. I had surgery on my back several years ago and get the odd twinge - a bit painful - but by doing about 20 reps of exercise number 6 for exercising the Traversus abdominis muscle when I get a twinge provides excellent relief

Yeah, I'm not feeling pain. 🤣 They really are quite easy. However, these are exercises to keep in my toolbox while I'm sitting at my desk for long periods of time. Some of them can be done while I'm sitting at a traffic light and might have the added benefit for giving my sleepy self a good boost of energy. I'm already pulling my abs towards my backbone every time I think about it; but now there are other moves I can learn to include while driving. Thanks! I'm also wondering if these might be good for my 80-year- old mother. She walks only with a walker and she's about to get some sort of braces for walking. She's coming to visit for a staycation at the end of next month. I'm going to try to remember to play this video for one of my morning workouts and see if it inspires her. I don't know if all of these moves will be safe for her; but she might gingerly try some of them.
