Thank you for the tips because I try to keep my hair in a bun I really don't wear my hair in a ponytail as much maybe once out of every two months I might put it in a ponytail but its very high in style but I really haven't noticed any breakage because I read those ponytail holders to about things metal clamps to it but I really thank you for your advice thank you so much enjoy your day

heeey. I have done the same thing. But moreso i have used Bantu knots (3 of them) and do that when i wear my braids. And like you said leave the style in low style because putting it up will show it and that will look weird. lol.

Madam Gemini Started doing them back 2014. My hair grew well in the back. However it has stopped. By now my nape should be down to my boobs so idk what has stopped it from growing. Now i am massaging my head to help stimulate. I just started earlier this month. Not really much in the nape however growth did spurt in the front and my sides. I will see how things go for me end of next month. Im going to keep on massaging. Not inversion method just plain old, oil the head/hair and massage. Im also looking into putting a lil bit of cayenne pepper in there just to try since some people do like it and being spicy it will open the scalp to let things settle in well. I wont do it with cayenne everyday tho

wow!! u got really long hair.. can u please help me grow my nape hair evenly? my side hair down t the lower ear is long on both sides but the middle part has very short hair ( quater way of the side hair. my hair z long like up to the shoulder but it forms a "W'' if i leave my hair out.. please.. help me...

+kabanwyezi lindah Do you wear alot of buns? That may be the reason why the middle of your hair is shorter because it is breaking off. Or it may just grow that way. Everyone's hair grows differently. My right side grows faster than the left side.
