Hallucinations is seen in psychosism.whichnis not a childhood condition. It is a false firm belief Self talking is a self regulatory behaviour seen in autism, which is a childhood condition

Hello mam, Mera bacha 4.5 year ka hai, abhi kuch dino se wo pura din ek rhymes ki ek line repeated bolta raheta hai "head shoulder knees n toes, eyes n ears n mouth n nose" abhi to woh rote time bhi 'mouth n nose' aise bolta hai. Ab mai kya karu please suggest me, it means a lot.
