Wow, JB Straubel wasnt joking around when he told us they would build a 10 billion worth facility for battery recycling.. I did not know that factory was already done! More video's please, and I am very curious about how much of material Redwood is already recycling and delivering to Panasonic Nevada.. Last time I read about it Tesla batteries already consist of about 5% of recycled materials, but that should be a bit more by now.

I'm interested in your channel for the Tesla Semis. But the semi is one vehicle. All Tesla vehicles use lithium and so I'm more interested in the Redwoods recycling project to help all Tesla vehicles, lower costs and be more ecologically friendly. Please moe Redwood info over time. 😊

It's not a coincidence. Battery manufacturing operates with surprising high scrap rate They generate a lot of recyclable scrap.

I have been curious about Redwood Materials since its inception. I would like to know more about the company scale, the volume of both the battery recycling and the resulting new materials production. I think they are the leader in recycling for automotive batteries, and may be for other battery types as well. I would like a way to follow any upgrades, and expansion of facilities.

Mainly on Tesla, but Redwood is a 'sister' company in the EV economy, so a less frequent review is very reasonable to me. Say Monthly or every 2 weeks rather than twice a week.

There not much to see of Redwood Materials campus as the factory is finished. I would recommend that you focus more on the Semi factory as it is taking shape and is more interesting.
