Spring vs Rod Cobra Bags Compared

This week I wanted to run through some of the differences of the two types of cobra bags: spring vs rod. Some of you have been asking which you should make first, so I hope this video helps you make that decision. In the end I hope you make both, as they are both awesome bit of training kit. Why does the spring look like it has more kickback than the fierce reflex bag?

I have made both. To me the fishing rod version actually felt really good and the feel of both are negligible to me. Both very good. Although the fishing pole version snapped on me after a couple weeks of use that’s why I now have the spring. I would recommend the spring if you’re planning on hitting it decently hard. If it’s more just for head movement and timing the fishing pole will probably be just fine just keep in mind it will eventually break.

Another great video. I had some old fibreglass tent poles and I made a bag from them after seeing your video. P.S maybe you should do a video of those you beaut boxing boots your wearing. 🤣🤣🤣✌

Hey mate, quick question. For a heavyweight bloke would you say the piping at the top would be sturdy enough? if not any recommendations on what should be used instead? Asking for both the spring bag and spar bar

PVC is plenty strong for it. Easy to replace if it breaks, but it shouldn’t
