I like it just a thought. Why not get a block base of cement and tile the top of it. And use it as a weighted movable base just an idea for people that don’t have tiled floors.

I wonder if it can withstand kicks? Even low kicks like in Muay Thai?
@Kewlus3 жыл бұрын
I might try it. Although I’m way out of practice, I doubt it will hold up to solid Muay Thai kicks even with the reinforcement pipe at the bottom 🧐

I made a shorter version of this using the base of that Kmart cobra bag you have and a large spring from an ATV shock. Made it specifically for Thai knees and push front kicks, put a 💩 shape on top for round kicks so your shin hits and slips over it. So I called it Mr Whippy after the ice cream, my 8 year old however calls it something different 🙄

Great video! Haven’t made the punching bag yet but was thinking about sticking it on the cobra spring close to the base with maybe 1 or 2 active coils, thoughts?

I don’t recommend it as you’re likely to break the spring. It’s not designed for such a heavy load. You’d need a very heavy duty spring for this sort of thing

Ahhhh I will not be trying that then, thank you for the input!

Nice, but isn't it too soft??

Not as hard as a heavy bag, but still great workout
