Hello Professor, My turn….( if I may)….and as I’m a chef. If you hold an oyster with the point towards you , looking at it with an imaginary clock, twelve being up , six being down, you only need to insert your knife at ten past/quarter past. This is where the muscle which open and close the shell is situated. Insert there , wiggle your knife and your oyster is opened, with a limited amount of shelf fragments… Thank you for the adventures
