Hi Beau, I’ve been using Seachem Reef Advantage Magnesium. It’s worked really well for me. Amazon sells it 600g size.

I like the salifert magnesium test too! I used to struggle with it but I think I wasn't giving the solution enough time to mix in between drops and missing the colour changing.

Hi so so, yes it’s a bit tricky on the color change, but give or take a drop you’ll be fine 👍🏻😊

T, I have a chromas that acts like a cleaner wrasse !? Is that weirs? He cleans my tang. Which you need another from biota,just saying lol but my chromas cleans my clowns and tang I am confused have had the chromas pushing 3 years now..anyone’s thoughts on that?

@jacklawer6389 I’ve heard of that, I think that’s their (I don’t know who makes it?) version of replacing a 2 part dosing. Reef Advantage Magnesium doesn’t have any calcium or alk. Just Magnesium. Test your mag first. See what your level is. 👍🏻

No problem, this is what I do here on Tom Reefer 😃 the Par rating at the top of the tank is around 450par, the bottom is about 250par.

Tom, I had 7 chromas and now , 1 I consider them assassins!!!!! But they are beautiful. I only have couple corals now so I don’t check for mag. Maybe 4 months . Luv the vids. Keep em comming
