Looking at a Reef Tiger Deep Ocean which is an Homage to the Blancpain Fifty Fathoms. Couldn't acquire a Blancpain x Swatch Scuba Fifty Antarctic to review so I figured this is the next best thing! At just under $300, you can save over $100 off the Swatch. Is it worth it?

Case is a nice departure from the oyster. Looks like the bezel is sapphire with the lumed numerals backfilled. Too big for an homage of the 50. Not really a date window guy but the placement is respectful to balance/symmetry. I found the lume test pretty wanting. Nice review.

Thanks! I usually just fly by the lume and show it briefly because in my experience most lume is fairly useless after about half an hour of uv exposure

@gadgetbeacon I have some outstanding lumed watches that have a short burst then level out to glow well into the next morning. The Thorn homage looks very very good.
