Oh my gosh! I made your kofte recipe and it really was the very best, very softest meatball I have ever had. We could not stop eating them. I made a sauce of yogurt, feta, lemon juice and dill that I whipped in the blender until smooth. My man loved this meal so much. Your veggies are spot on with the marinade and dressing too!
