Thank you, I often offer this meditation at the end of classes and thought a wider audience might appreciate it. It is so easy to forget the luxury of things like trash service and heat! We had a broken furnace for a few weeks in November, it gave me a lot of time to reflect on the luxury of a functioning furnace!

Yeah, we've had plumbing/septic issues. The whole house, being inhabited, was under threat. I am so thankful for drains that drain and will be doubly thankful once this whole issue is resolved. Sorry about your furnace breaking. Though we had our warmest winter ever it was still COLD out there! @@PDXyogini
