Thank you so much for sharing. Hearing and sharing genuine thoughts and analysis post crash is something that is rarely ever seen, but is a super important part of riding and healing. ✌️

Yeah, it's something I more so recorded for myself to talk over about and process/heal - I really went back and forth about posting this one, just because I didn't know if it was worth sharing... but I'm forever grateful for comments like this!!

There was a moment before the crash that you probably zoned out. I'd love to see you in the future make riding vids on the track and push your limit there. Ride safe mate.

I seriously would love to get into track more, learn & increase skill but for now I need to take some time to recover. Thanks for watching!!

I’ve been n a similar crash but with my car, bringing two friends back home. Lack of sleep, wet, foggy weather, ill,… and over confident and zoned out. It’s been some time but I’ve been trying to accept it and honestly seeing someone like you, one of my idols showing us that part that everyone who likes riding on open roads often encounters, is kind of a reminder that shit happen. Hope you recover well and even if you stop doing videos, you get back to enjoying what we love the most. It’s been hard for me but this video will help me a lot. Thanks ❤️

Went to watch ASBK recently in person and saw multiple pro's drop their bike whilst racing, get right back up and keep racing. Was awesome to see in person!

It's just one of many. BikeLife. Seek therapy, get back on the bike. Stop over analysing the crash as if it dictates your passion. It's just a curve in the road. Pardon the pun. 😅 Keep pushing those limits! Keep smashing those goals!. Keep fucking riding! BikeLife man.

To be honest I thought would be just a matter of time before you crashed. You were getting a bit too bold I think. No judgement from me, however. I have crashed too, on Mt Glorious. What I learned from my crash is that I must be 100% calm and 100% smooth all the time, even when leaned over to the edge of the tyre-especially then in fact. At least, that is the goal I strive for. If I am ever not calm, or if I have a sketchy moment, then that means I am pushing it too hard. Interestingly, I am now a much better rider than I was pre-crash. I am faster and safer now.

Fair enough, appreciate the insight! 100% though I've watched the playback over a thousand times at this point - we all make mistakes, we learn, we grow. Thanks for watching!

Next time you wonna go up tambo let me know (once you get your bike fixed). Ive ridden up that road a thousand times (used to do Friday night rides up there every friday). If you wonna get your confidence back up, come for a ride with me on the weekend and follow my lines. Learn your braking points and where to look ahead. Hope you get back on the road soon mate.

You don't gradually over time start riding your own ride. It's something you have to actively choose to do when you get on your bike. I get it though, you're a guy and us guys aren't exactly known for our good decisions. 😂 Sick, tired, cold damp morning, and you're pushing it in the twisties. I think the only thing that could have been added to this one was hung over. 🤣 I'm glad you're ok, bro, and I hope the bike isn't too f#@&ed up. I'm not trying to bust your balls or anything. I'm just sitting here watching a couple videos while nursing a broken leg from my last riding adventure. 🚑🤕 We've all been there. It happens. Stay safe when you get back out there and _try_ to keep the shiny side up.
