@@rudy9895 well. Hard to compare the three. Viking is spicy and Woody. Aventus is pineapple with a musk i guess. And reflection is fresh and floral. I can smell a good bit of ylang ylang. All good to me. Viking is my favorite. Then reflection and then aventus

Just ordered a bottle today after having a decant. It's amazing. My wife thinks it's a little to floral and prefers more masculine scent on me. But like most fragrances that she doesn't like initially, they usually grow on her. Great video! I don't see as much as a comparison to Le Male as most people say. Like you said it's worth having both.

Those which I don't like anymore that I have ... Back to black, Tuscan Leather (I'm 26 and I think that's more for +35 average) Next ? I'm pretty well equipped for 2 years but I think I will go for Neroli Portofino because I get tired of smelling Limoncello (Mandarino di Amalfi), which one do you prefer ?

Chris, I found a bottle of this from 2007 - the bottle is a different shape and it’s a tester so it has a simpler cap, but it’s real. Maybe 4/5ths full and 50ml. Would be expensive for me to buy it, do you think it’s worth it? Have you ever smelled the first batch? (This is pre- “non magnetic cap” even)

Hands down the best masculine floral on the market today and one i'll always have in my collection. As for Le Male, sure there are glimpses of it in here but they are definitely both their own thing and its fine to have both. .As for performance, on my skin this is beastly, right up there with Black Afgano and I get 14+ hours with strong projection for 4-5 hours. As for clones Runway is very close, as most of Hany's frags are, but for a real hidden gem cheapie try Ard Al Zaafaran's Dirham. Its not a 100% exact match, as nothing ever is, but i'd say its 95% there and probably as close to Ref Man as CDNIW is to Noir de Noir.

Hey Chris. I love Amouage reflection man. Just found your review of it so I know this comment is a little late, haha. But you got to hear this. I have long thought it smells like something so familiar to me. It took me a while to figure it out. But it dawned on me that it smells 90-95% similar to my deodorant, which is Mitchum men 48hr ice fresh, the roll on. I kid you not. I have tried them both out to see and the resemblance is uncanny. Please try pick up a stick if this stuff and test it for yourself, haha. It's pretty cheap and you can get it anywhere. Anyhow, I now have a matching deodorant with my Amouage reflection man 😂. Io ho provato neroli Portofino versione olio ed è davvero uguale, il mio problema è che con gli oli sembra che si sentano meno. Gli spray mai provati invece.

Michele Squitieri ho 10-12 oli e 30-35 spray.. a prescindere dalle soluzioni, alcuni sono migliori di altri in termini di clonazione e di durata.. Neroli Portofino originale nn credo abbia performance migliori dell’Olio di PP, peraltro Smurfygirl e MrSmelly ne parlano in qlc loro recensione del clone PP che hai tu ma in versione spray come identico e con una durata un pizzico superiore all originale..

Hi Chris, Reflection smells very well, but it has notes similar to Le Male and the majority of people will think you wear Le Male, because the brain tries to connect a stimulus with something known, and if something is well known in world of perfumery it is Le Male. To sum up, people don't get used to niche fragances or subtle smells is going to think you are wearing Le Male when you have paid 300 $ for a top fragance. This is my opinion and my experience.

This scent to my nose is awful. My sample was nauseating and induced a headache. I mistakenly wore it to work and tired to wash it off but it permeated my clothing so intensely that I had to come home early and shower to rid myself of the smell. I literally have fragrance PTSD.

I was using Reflection Man since it came out it 2007... 3 full bottles till' then , but the magnetic cap version is a bit meah to me... , so i'm done with Reflection Man ... unless i get a good deal for the vintage one.If we're talking Reflection Man vintage vs current formulation ... no way they are on the same level.The vintage one was MUCH stronger-both projection,sillage,longevity...I was getting over 12 hours of longevity from my last early 2012 bottle.. There is a popular frag-heads rumor that Amouage fragrances made for the Gulf market are the same like the vintage ones,and are not watered-down .I'm going to Dubai at the end of september for 3 weeks and i'll check this one out.SOTD Velvet Rose & Oud by Jo Malone London

10 hrs??? Maybe it's your skin,but i don't get more than 3-3.5...max with minimum projection and sillage.And i'm talking Knightsbridge London SW1X 9EX boutique-not some split or something...
