Hi, Reflection smells very well, but it has notes similar to Le Male and the majority of people will think you wear Le Male, because the brain tries to connect a stimulus with something known, and if something is well known in world of perfumery it is Le Male. To sum up, people don't get used to niche fragances or subtle smells is going to think you are wearing Le Male when you have paid 300 $ for a top fragance

I never got the hype on this one. This smells just like Le Male. Too floral and feminine for my taste. I also don’t get why people call this “fresh”. It’s not that fresh, but more sweet. I’ve even seen people putting this in their top 10 summer lists and I’m like: what? really? It’s good but not worth the hype and price imo.

Just a few days ago I ordered a bottle of this from Fragrancenet.com for $150 it showed up today and I received the non-magnetic cap batch # A20065B093 on the bottom says made in Oman. I would have been fine with the magnetic cap. It says “almost gone” on the quantity left. Perhaps it was in the back of their storage. Just a FYI if anyone out there is looking for the vintage.

Jack Jamison hey Jack, I’m not sure I bought it with Aqua Di Gio Profumo and wore that today at work instead of reflection. I have a vintage tester I bought probably 7 or 8 years ago. I’ll test them tomorrow and let you know. The price on there seems to jump up and down day to day. One day it was around $180 the next day $150, it seems if you use that 30% click button on the fragrance you want, it asks you to put in you email address, then the next day or two they send an email link out to you for even more of a discount. Must be some marketing strategy.

Jack Jamison Hi Jack, sorry for the delay. First just want to say I take a lot of care in the storage of my fragrances, so my tester stayed dark, dry, and temp controlled. Also, fragrances last and project very well on my skin. Strangely the tester sprayer (one directly from Amouge) actually sprays out a lot more juice so this comparison was done with one tester spray vs 2 bottle sprays. They smell and preform identical. Projection seems to be around a foot and lasted me all day at work and still had some projection on my way home 9 hours, was strongest in the first 4. The scent was still there 14 hours after first application but little more than a skin scent. I have sensitive skin so I spray the bend between my bicep and forearms, I’m usually was wearing a dress shirt over so perhaps the shirt absorbs some of the fragrance and that’s what helps them last on me. If you need anymore detail please don’t hesitate!

All the women who've smelled it on me, absolutely hate it. They love Fahrenheit, Bleu de Chanel, Acqua di Gio Profumo, Dior Homme Intense and Creed Aventus on me. To be honest: I had one woman smell virtually every male Amouage fragrance at my place, because I once bought all the male samples. She thought Epic Man was 'okay,' enjoyed Dia Man and absolutely hated the rest. Amouage is overrated. Only hobbyists like it. There may be some women who enjoy it, but not even half as much as the sexy designer scents and Aventus.

Totally off this subject: but I just came home from a sniffing session at Zara. There are some new winter fragrances that really deserve some love from reviewers. Zara Tiveden is very sexy, which leans to Lalique Encre Noire: but a little more approachable. Zara Norrland is worth sniffing out as well, which is in the Terre d'Hermes realm. Both are EDP's. And then there's the beautiful Zara Winter Collection, which contains bergamot, tangerine, pepper, eucalyptus, lavender, cypress, amber, patchouli, cedar wood and orange blossom. While Winter Collection sits a little close to the skin (but is very beautiful), Tiveden has such a strong projection. Maybe Tiveden, Norrland and Winter Collection could be nice picks for another winter fragrances review.
