Depends on their definition of "coming down". Decent acid peaks after about an hour and the peak lasts about 2 - 3 hours and the whole trip ends in 8 - 12. If their definition of coming down is when the peak is over then their time frame is about right, if its when they stop tripping fully then yes, its shit acid. Either way, going to the Oscars tripping is fucking mental.
