Yup cut the phone also fast everyday go 16 hours without eating then eat health and workout I’ve lost 100 pounds n past year

I have 2 phones. My cool ass Samsung S21 Ultra and my basic Cat S22 flip phone. My Samsung has all the cool apps. My Cat phone has basic apps. No social media or news or anything. Basic. On my days off from work, I use my Cat phone. I am more involved with my fiancee, my hobbies, and i give my undivided attention to who I am talking to.
