Sir, can you please explain why you required solenoid valve before your expansion valve? Because expansion valve itself a flow control valve. So why u required?

TEV is a constant super heat valve metering out the right quantity of liquid refrigerant to the evaporator matching the load ( Heat extraction requirements) When the rooms reach the set temperatures temperature sensors in the relevant rooms will give feedback to the thermostat which in turn de energise the solenoid valve closing it so no refrigerant flows to the concerned evaporator.

Sir, in the refrigeration system, is there is two charging line or port called gas charging and liquid charging line? If yes, why I need two charging line? Is one is not enough?

Good day sir, thanks for the detailed bit on this topic. i have a doubt to what extend we have to purge to recovery bottle after pumping down and cooling refrigerent in condensor incase we have ingress of air , as here refrigent in condensor will be in subcooled liquid state in this condition.From P-T chart we are getting info only about the saturation temperature for the given pressure. please explain sir thanks.

big refrigeration compressor have flywheel especially that compressor which is semi hermitically sealed.... only small refrigeration compressor dont have the flywheel which is in generally fully hermitically sealed compressor.
