@@ellescer looping sound bytes and electronic music into hardcore? It was a bit too ahead of its time. I remember getting the Shape of Punk to Come right after it came out and I was like “people are gonna *hate* this, but I LOVE it. Sure enough, people were expecting Songs to Fan… version 2 and absolutely did NOT get it. A few years later, it’s an overlooked treasure. Its almost exactly like Jawbreaker. People HATED Dear You. Now, any think it’s their best. Time does weird stuff.
