A breath of fresh air compared to the mass monsters of today. Best of all, this is actually achievable without steroids! It still takes years of hard work, but atleast it's feasible.

@@mmeatheaddd Synthesized', but not necessarily available to athletes. Not until Dr Ziegler introduced dianabol to the American Olympic weightlifting team in 1955. If someone has documented proof that athletes were taking it prior to 1955, I'm sure that the whole world would like to see it, but so far it's just been conjecture, opinion, and heresay, but not much in the way if proof.

To be honest he is probably clean. He doesnt have incredibly low body fat percentage. Possibly a 9-10% . And also isnt THAT huge. Hes huge for a non juiced up lifter thats for sure. I think this man achieved this physique naturally. And thats my humble opinion.

Plus for all of you, my best friend that got me into lifting in the first place was a powerlifter/rugby player. He later on stopped rugby and continued powerlifting and power-building. His physique was monstrous. With ZERO steroids. Some men are born with much more privileged body genetics. Just like my friend. Ofcourse he had been training weights since 15 years old. He squated 170kg on the smith machine for 8 reps by the age of 16!!! Just 1 year after starting weights. His prs at 24 years old were: 280kg deadlift, 230kg backsquat, 190kg front-squat, 165kg bench, and a 4 reps at 100kg strict military press. My friends legs were bigger than Reg Parks. His legs were ENORMOUSLY big. His pec was not as good in the beginning when he was 18-19 years old. But he spammed pressing movements and flys and by the time he was 24 he had massive pecs too. Not even gonna talk about his back... coz obviously it was scarily big. And just to say ALL that was done NATURALLY.

@@gouldbergvariations 'roids in sport/bb didn't exist in the USA till the second half of the '50s. The first known use was Russian Olympic Weightlifters, 1954. Park himself no doubt used steroids after this point, especially for his 1965 Mr. Universe win. Possibly the best ever natural physique in 1951 though, and even more impressive as he was 6' 1", when most of his rivals were very short and naturally stocky.

Well, steroids are rife nowadays, especially in American sport, but also in 'normal' people at the gym. There's a lot to gained by taking steroids and pressure to do so.
