Thank you for your support and comments. Yes, we are finally starting to get to where I wanted to be. We have more work to do, more improvements to the store as well. Please tell others about our channel and the other 200 plus videos. I have many more planned and will film a few tomorrow from home. Ah yes, the Bose acquisition of McIntosh & Sonus Faber.

Thank you. It's been quite a challenge these last 4 years but I have learned so much and we are finally getting back to enjoying a bit of life.

Is rega ok with 3 ohm loads? they don't show 4 ohm power ratings.

There is a lot of information missing here. Rega model, vintage, speaker model, as well as where the Rega is to be located. Remember, the lower the impedance, typically the greater the power output and more heat. Room size, volume typically used also adds to the question. Armed with this information, contact the importer for your country.

@@audibleeleganceinc I was speaking in general because most of the time, when a manufacturer doesn't disclose 4 Ohm ratings, that means they do not recommend it for low impedance speakers. the model of the Rega is the model you are talking about in the title of this video. Rega Alex MK4. Not sure I would be asking about the Rega brio in a video titled ELEX MK4. I am looking at Dynaudio Evoke 5's and they are 4ohm nominal and hit 3 ohms. I was looking at Naim, but since you carry Rega, (and I have heard that Rega sounds just as good as Naim) I thought I would ask if the product IN the video was ok will low impedance speakers that regularly hit 3 ohms. I have a 14x16 room and like to be able to hit 85dB without issues.

@@mbvx7 Your answer is fair enough. I must say that I do receive a lot of questions from folks and not all of them are directly related to the item being discussed. So, I have learned to seek clarification before proceeding. I'll look into your question further as we have very little Dynaudio in the States. That said, as I contact our importer just to learn. While I am at that, has your dealer said about it?

Here's a more defined answer. I am generally confident that it will but the question becomes where the unit is placed as you will generate more heat from the unit. My recommendation is to purchase the unit from your dealer with the understanding that you need to check it out for your needs. 85 is generally 1 watt or less in power consumption but that's at 1 meter (3 feet about). So, we don't know where the unit is to be placed for ventilation, nor do I know your sitting distance and I am always concerned about closet volume mongers which I have run into several times. So, work with your local dealer to try this out.

@@audibleeleganceinc not sure I have a local dealer. Stereo shops are almost extinct. I can just grab a Naim online at crutchfield and not worry about the load. Thanks
