With Salmon you can actually pull them out mechanical or by hand. This is typically always done. Only sushi places and so on want them in to keep the structure better before processing. The bone structure of whitefish is different. Therefore you always have whole filets with bone or they cut the loin out. You can also perform a V-cut to take them all out.

Salmon - it depends on if the company runs it thru a pin bone remover prior to packaging. It's technically more fresh not to do that. Pin bones are technically not bones, but calcified nerve endings. They are actually edible you just have to be careful not to choke, and some people don't like the sensory experience. (I don't actually know this but the question got me curious to research it) 😂

I think Regan should think about changing coach. He loaded him with protein prior to his show. A lot of protein flated the body. You need to carb uo to full you muscle and give them that full, hard and grainy look you need on stage. Protein, you need them a lot when you are gaining mass but at last days you don't need that much load protein in the breakfast. You need more carbs to carb up well and be ready for the big day. Keep on Regan, we want to see you on the Olympia.

@kevlev4843 dude! He is a a couple days away from his contest and he looks like he is still 4 weeks out. Look at his skin. It is not dry and you don't see alot of muscle separation. Go look at Derek Lunsford and samson dauda latest videos. They look better than Regan and guess how far out they are from competition.....8 weeks out! They are 8 weeks out and they look better than someone few days out of competition. If I have to guess, the problem is his training and his advice from his coach.

I don't understand some of these coaches. Why isn't he there with Regan? He had plenty of time to make plans to be at this show. Milos can't bring guys in peeled when he is there with them, he's going to peak Regan from pictures and videos? I thought Milos always says you can't see everything from pictures. If this guy had someone like Hadi or Matt the sky would be the limit for Regan. I feel really bad that Regan has to go through this without his coach with him.
