The best way to do it "Clean as you go 👌" Wow 585g of carbs 😱 So are carbs good or bad ?? i do get confused sometimes as some have their prep with more Protein others with more carbs ?

Carbs are necessary when cutting. If you limit your carbs a lot, your body uses the protein you consume for energy instead of protein synthesis. Just have to be in a calorie deficit, doesn’t matter how many carbs you eat.
