Physical shopping is dead, what folk come out out for is to socialise. So like other towns we need to have social areas with micro bars, cafes, entertainment , street food etc. The market hall has shown us this but it’s too restrictive. The new open area next to the multi storie park is ideal.

Be interesting to see what they are doing with the Limelight... they're saying it's going to be turned into flats, but they've seen saying that since the place closed down in the late 2000's!
