LIFEPAK 20/20e Defibrillator/Monitor AED Mode

Physio-Control's LIFEPAK 20/20e provides a normal operating capability for BLS
users. All user features are available except manual
defibrillation, synchronized cardioversion, pacing, and access
to archived patient records. Provides shock energy defaults
up to 360J. User selectable option to display ECG waveforms
and/or visual AED prompts.

Because there could be H's and T's problem that mitigate the event that's why no shock advice was commanded.

Almost just like the Lifepak 15, but more monotoned.

If it was AFib, then proceeded to Vtach then to Vfib, both of which are shockables. That belong to Ts

The no shock advice command from the lifepak 20 machine prior to succeeding shock adviced would it be time to someone prepare anti- arrythmic medications at least open the e- cart drawer for that and prepare the syringes then call the Doctor because it is Code Blue if patient has IV fluids already.

Was the hardened board applied within the bed prior to CPR?
