The woman officer at 9.35 is the one I sued for battering me. Lancs police tried to deny it, until they discovered that the whole assaault on me was caught on cctv. I was married to a police officer who was violent and that morning I was awarded custody of our children. That officer rolled up at my door at 8pm and kicked her way in. She and her partner then beat me so badly that I ended up in hospital for 2 weeks. It was only when cctv showed what really happened, that the police tried to apologise. It cost them £50,000 of tax payers money and that officer remains employed.

@@antonhaq3503 Hi Anton, unfortuately the cps refused to prosecute the case and my civil prosecution was reliant on legal aid. Therefore I had to accept out of court as they would not provide further funding for a trial, when in their mind it could be resolved without the need for further expense to the taxpayer. If it had been up to me, I would have taken it all the way and forfeited any compensation in return for seeing justice done, believe me, I tried. But the police are protected unless the police management themselves want them out.

@@bobcoleable Her name is PC Joanne Milburn 4151 Lancashire Police. When she appeared at my dor, I too thought she was a male and got battered for it. She along with her colleague Marc Park beat me so badly in my own home that I spent 2 years having operations and am still unable to work as a nurse. I was diagnosed with PTSD and received a payout, yet these two officers continue working in my local area! I swear to God if I ever come across Milburn again, I will sue Lancs Police for millions. Can i just say I'm really sorry your experience of Blackpool was marred by jobsworth police officers. Yes i thought it was a man too because she was wearing a hat so i couldn't see her hair and yes her voice was slightly gruff. You have every right. I was once in Bolton near the library when a tv weather woman(rip) was there. She snootily remarked, he will be up here in a minute. like i was getting in the way of filming. Hang on i work and pay my council tax. I have right of access to a public library. Trouble is these days tv channels like BBC think they can do what they want like they own everything Very well done mate on standing your ground on what must have been very stressful for you . That guy wearing a Blackpool tower jacket should also be ashamed of himself. Not creating a good image for a tourist attraction. There were no physical barriers. BBC and celebrities. You all think you are something but you aren't. And for someone like myself who is stupid enough to pay for my tv licence, we pay your wages and council tax pays for police wages. Get off your high horse you lot and leave this gentleman in peace to carry out his business which is both lawful and proper.

It amuses me when people say "Have you got nothing better to do" when they see a member of the public filming, yet there are CCTV cameras everywhere, body cameras on the security guards, and the BBC right across from where you were standing filming the event with expensive equipment. These people unwittingly support the corporate media who care nothing about the general public and want nothing more than to milk people's misery to line their own pockets. I call them the useful idiots. There is nothing more threatening to these media corporations than people tuning out and watching people like you instead. Well done for exposing the corruption.
