Considering it was 3rd Gen and they were pretty obsessed with Gems and Materials at that time it would probably have been 3 Games 1 with Regirock, 1 with RegIce and the 3rd with all 3 of them, and their name would respectively be Pokemon Topaz/Garnet/Opal, then Pokemon Quartz (from the blue Dumortierite Quartz which seems RegIce in body composition) and for the 3rd game there are many options: Pokémon Steel/Alloy (if it was only the 3 Regis) And Pokemon Colossal/Colossus (if it had Regigigas as well)
