I like that style on you. I have 4c hair and had my hair in plaits for the last 2 1/2 months. I definitely have seen some growth and plan to continue doing them. I had locs for five years and really like the low maintenance of plaits.

Moisturize your hair on a consistent routine, leave it alone except when washing, it will grow. Low manipulation styles, water based moisturising & cleansing. Try water, glycerin & maybe an oil if you’d like in a spray bottle as a spritz.

Love you hair style!!! I'm 4c, low density, high porosity. I'm on the journey with you and I'm achieving very healthy hair. I have noticeable growth but no changes in density. It may be due to age not sure but definitely healthy and longer.

So, I cut my hair in March to 1 and 1/2 inches and my length check in July was 7 to 8 inches all over. My new length check is today and October 13th. I will let you know later today what it is. You look amazing!❤

the puff is cute. To get the length, the puff wont get anyone there. I have noticed when I have braids, my hair holds the moisture longer. To retain the length, moisturize and hide those ends.
